By utilizing our website you accept and agree to be bound and abide by our Terms and Conditions.

 


I. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED AND NO REFUNDS.

 


- For any custom made or special order, there are NO Exchanges, NO Cancellation, NO Refunds and NO Merchandise Credit.

- Any and all Loose Natural or Lab Grown Diamond purchase is on a final sale basis. NO Cancellation and NO Refunds.  Please email us directly with any further questions at: jesjewelryonline@gmail.com

- For any jewelry item that was NON-CUSTOM, it may be exchanged based on the item condition.
-Request for exchange must be made within 30 days from purchase date.
In order to process exchange:
- Item must be returned in new condition.  Once the item is received back, the condition of the item is determined by owner of JES Jewelry Co.
- All original receipts and documents with order must be submitted along with the item.
- All merchandise that is sold under “Sale”, “Used”, or at “Markdown/Clearance price is sold as-is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO Exchanges, NO Cancellation, NO Refunds and NO Merchandise Credit.

 

II. ONLINE PURCHASE

 


JES JEWELRY CO. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MIS-PRICED, SHIPPING IS UNAVAILABLE, DESCRIPTION WAS INACCURATE, ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE OR IF THERE IS ANY SUSPICION OF FRAUD.

 

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED AND RECEIVED PRIOR TO ORDER BEING ACCEPTED/CONFIRMED. 

 

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

 


- By utilizing our website you accept that once an order has been placed on your end and TERMS AND CONDITIONS have been accepted, payment in full will be required in order to receive or keep item/service displayed on original invoice/receipt.
- For any purchase over $3000 pre tax and shipping, we reserve the right to require a confirmation statement  & Valid ID and Valid Credit/Debit card photos sent via email.
- Once order is placed, JES Jewelry Co’s acknowledgment of an order means that your order request has been received, however, it DOES NOT mean that the order has been accepted, shipped or confirmed unless clearly stated. 

- ALL orders that are placed with Bank Deposit/Wire Transfer as form of payment will be DECLINED if payment is not received after 3 business days from time order was placed.

- ALL orders that are placed with Cashier's Check as form of payment will be DECLINED if payment is not received after 5 business days from time order was placed.

- ALL ORDERS TAKE ABOUT A 2-4 WEEK TURNAROUND TIME.

- Upon purchase, shipping or pick up at store must be selected.  If shipping is selected, we will require that the shipping and billing adress match.  

- For pick up in-store, we will require a Valid ID photo to be submitted via email once order is accepted/confirmed and the same ID will have to be shown in-store to verify pick up as well.
- Most weights, measurements and descriptions are based on approximates.  Some details may vary.

- Prices or any type of promotional deal that is offered on our website may differ from our retail store.  This means that prices listed on our website and promotions offered online may not always apply to our storefront, unless otherwise stated.

As a small, local jewelry company, JES Jewelry Co, is committed to ensuring our customers’ privacy.  We do not and will not sell, exchange or give out any of you personal information including phone numbers, email address, or shipping/billing address.  We promise to keep all information shared with us by our customers strictly confidential.
